Call for Papers

The Scientific Committee encourages you to submit your papers to the Conference. The papers should be written in English, the official language of the event.

Types of contributions:

Oral presentation: each presentation will last 15 minutes and will be presented in sessions and working groups. We will inform you about the reference of your sessions and working group and the time of your presentation once the paper has been accepted.

Poster presentation: Your poster will be exhibited during the conference poster session.
Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for authors to display the results and conclusions of the presented paper. Authors are offered to present their works face to face to individuals and small groups.

PAPER SUBMISSION:
  1. The deadline for paper submission is 31 October, 2009
  2. All papers must be submitted and presented in English.
  3. All papers must be submitted and presented in English.
  4. Papers should be based on any of the topic areas listed in session topics and working groups  “this website or related areas.
  5.  
  6. Abbreviations should be defined the first time they appear in your text. Example: CKO (Chief Execütive Officers), before being used as an abbreviation only. Please, do not define or use abbreviations in the title.
  7. Tables, charts or other graphics may not be included and will be deleted by the editors.
  8. Papers may not be longer than 3500 characters including spaces.
  9. Authors should indicate their presentation preference:
1.    oral
2.    poster
The Programme Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.
  1. Each author will have his/hers access and password codes:
1.    After having registered as author, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your login and password codes.
2.    After registering your paper, your will receive an email with your paper id.
If you do not receive any confirmation by e-mail please contact the Conference Secretariat: egov@todaie.gov.tr (Please, check your email address).
If you wish to make any corrections to an paper already submitted or if you wish to submit other papers, you should use your personal access codes. Corrections to papers can only be made until the deadline of 10 August 2009

  1. The Notification of acceptance/rejection of the papers submitted will be sent to you via e-mail by 01 September 2009.

FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION:
1. If your paper has been accepted, you should submit your Final Paper preferably via the on-line form. There is a limitation of 12 pages. The template of the Final Paper is available here:

2. Selected papers will only be published at Conference Book.
3. If you wish to be a session chair, please e-mail your request to http://www.edem.todaie.gov.tr  and indicate the topic area in which you are interested. Registration for the conference is required to be a session chair.
